Learn a powerful somatic self-exploration method to gently release old blockages and tensions held in the body. You will also practice being more fully present with your emotions and build embodied rituals that support your wellbeing.
Activate your inner energy and learn to circulate it through your entire body. You will receive tools to expand your vitality and use your natural life force as a source of confidence, creativity and deep presence.
Relaxation is the foundation of expansion. You will learn techniques to receive, to soften, and to let everything you have awakened settle fully into your body. Create balance and a lasting connection to your feminine power.

Your guide
I spent many years living in achievement, in performance, in the good-girl energy — and it affected every area of my life. Until I had enough. Eight years ago I had my first deep body awakening through somatic and embodiment practice, and since that day I have always known: this is my calling.
I transformed, I expanded, and I learned what it truly means to be at home in a body. Now I teach you to do the same.
I am a self-love and embodiment coach with a holistic approach — expert in slow living, body presence and feminine embodiment. I have led courses, workshops and individual coaching for women across Scandinavia. I also host the podcast Pleasure Habits with Hanna Ideäng, where I have deep conversations about everything between heaven and earth.
My vision is simple: more women who dare to look inward, awaken their inner energy and become free — free from shame, free from numbness, free to be exactly who they are. Here you can always come exactly as you are.

Who is this course for?
Any woman who wants to feel more present in her body, release tension and stored emotion, and deepen her relationship with herself. No prior experience with somatic work is needed — only an open mind and genuine curiosity.
How is the course structured?
Five modules delivered entirely online through an easy-to-use portal. Each module contains video lectures, guided audio exercises, meditations and PDF worksheets. You go at your own pace — there is no pressure to rush.
How much time will I need per week?
This is not a course that demands hours of theory. The practices are short, embodied and effective. Most women find 2–3 hours per week is more than enough — and many do far less while still experiencing deep shifts.
How long do I have access to the material?
Lifetime access. Once you have the course, it is yours. You can return to any practice, any module, any time you want.
Do I need to have any experience with body-based or somatic practices?
Not at all. The course meets you exactly where you are. Whether you are brand new to embodiment work or have some experience, the material is accessible and progressively deepening.
